Perri Ricci

REALTOR® (Salesperson)

License Number: RS-81086

Perri Ricci moved back to Maui a few days after she graduated business school at The George Washington University. Fresh out of college she wanted to help every Maui small business out there. After years of working to grow others businesses she started Puka Perri, her luxury shell and pearl jewelry line. Her love for Real Estate and Development started as a child watching her family purchase an overgrown 3 acres of woods in Bucks County Pennsylvania and over the course of her life transforming it. After years of vision, hard work, and love now stands a multi generational dream compound. When she moved to Maui she knew she wanted to do the same thing, but on this island that was so dear to her. This led to constant investigation of the Maui Real Estate market. When she married a builder with the same vision the hunt became more serious and the knowledge grew. She found herself craving to learn more and got her Real Estate license in 2017. That same year her jewelry business took off with weekly showings at the Four Seasons, a growing e-commerce, and subsequently the opening of a brick-and-mortar artist co-op in upcountry Maui. The Monarch Collective. Her design passion lies in live-able luxury. From her coveted jewelry line to her surfing mompreneur lifestyle, Perri blends the speed of an east coaster with the ease and flow of Maui. She brings a positive can do perspective and a builders' wife understanding of renovation and new construction projects. She loves connecting people, building relationships, and getting the work done.
